As payment we accept the following credit and debit cards:

Visa/Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debet, Maestro, MobilePay and ViaBill.

 

All prices are written in DKK, and are including Danish VAT. Cosmo Royale remains the right to change prices of the products.

 

We will not charge the money from your bank account until your order has been shipped from Cosmo Royale.

 

Does the card issuer add service charges, these will be added to the total price, and the expense will lie with the customer.

 

Price offers cannot be combined. Already discounted products or products with special promotion prices will therefore not be handled with discount codes or other offers that may lower the price. One order may only be in relation with one discount code. Discounts are subject to the conditions and restrictions appearing from the marketing of the relevant discount, including vouchers, etc.

 

  1. VAT & Custom Fees

Orders placed at Cosmo Royale for delivery in a EU country, has been added Danish Sales Tax/VAT. Orders placed at Cosmo Royale for delivery in a non-EU country, may not be forced to pay Danish Sales Tax/VAT, but will possibly be added VAT, Custom Fees or other charges, which applies the recipient country.

 

Cosmo Royale will not take responsibility for charges or any other fees or expenses charged by the tax and customs authorities in the recipient country. Charging of such expenses may cause delay in delivering the ordered product.

 

  1. Order Confirmation

Shortly after placing an order at www.cosmoroyale.com, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If there is any unexpected problems in relation to your purchase, this will also be informed to you by e-mail shortly after placing the order.

 

  1. Shipments

Within 1-5 workdays from the time you place your order, your package will be dispatched. When your order has been shipped from Cosmo Royale, you will receive an email with a tracking number, for you to follow your package until delivered.

Denmark: 10 EURO

Europe: 20 EURO

Outside Europe: 40 EURO

 

  1. Delivery

Orders to be delivered in Denmark will arrive within 1-3 workdays after you have received your shipping confirmation.

 

Orders to be delivered outside of Denmark will arrive 1-10 workdays after you have received your shipping confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible and latest 30 days after the order has been placed. 

Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

  1. Returns

If you want to return any products, that you have received, you must notify us within 14 days after receiving the products. Send an email to contact@cosmoroyale.com where you inform us about the products you wish to return. When we have been notified about your wish to return the purchase, you have another 14 days to ship the package to Cosmo Royale.

 

Please notice that any expenses in relation to the shipment of return will not be liable with Cosmo Royale.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the packaging is properly wrapped and ensured due to the special nature of the products. If the products return to Cosmo Royale damaged, broken or not in the expected condition, the liability is with the customer. Cosmo Royale reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not match with the criteria.

Please note the package with ‘RETURN’ to make it easier for us to process the return, and remember to get the receipt for your own sake when shipping the package.

 

Any payment for the product will be reimbursed as soon as possible, however Cosmo Royale reserves the right to withhold such reimbursement until we have received the product for inspection and acceptance of the condition of the products.

 

  1. Notification of Complaints

If you have any complaints about your received products, you have a 2 years warranty on all items bought from www.cosmoroyale.com. This warranty covers only manufacturing faults, and not faults caused by the user. Please contact us at contact@cosmoroyale.com if you have a warranty claim. Remember to note the order number, photos and a description of the claim.

 

  1. Disclaimer

At Cosmo Royale we do our best to make sure that all information on www.cosmoroyale.com are true and up to date. However mistakes and errors may occur like typing errors, incorrect stock amounts, not matching photos, etc. For that Cosmo Royale disclaim liability, as well as price adjustments and force majeure, including non-delivery on the part of our suppliers.

 

  1. Governing Law

Our Terms & Conditions and any contract for the purchase from www.cosmoroyale.com are subject to Danish Law.

 

  1. Security & Privacy Policy

At www.cosmoroyale.com we use SLL encryption on all data to and from the site. Cosmo Royale is committed to protecting your privacy, and all information that you provide is received securely through SSL. We guarantee that the entered information will not be enabled to any unauthorized third parties.

 

  1. Age Restriction

To shop and place orders and payments at www.cosmoroyale.com you must have turned 18 years. Customers under the age of 18 are required parental or guardians’ consent to shop.

We strive to make your experience through our online web shop as perfect as possible. Therefor we use cookies on www.cosmoroyale.com for improvements, when browsing and using the website. Cookies remember and identify your computer and make it easier to match your personal settings to your wishes. When Cookies are not accepted in your browser, our website may not operate accordingly to our wishes.
